Shopping anyone? Shopping here would definitely kill the travel budget. Anyway, it doesn't seem like the kind of area to stock backpacks and zip-off pants. The hotel on the right is the Beverly Wilshire as seen in 'Pretty Woman'. I only went in there to use the bathrooms. Nice bathrooms though!
